Inn at Mystic Business ServicesMeeting set-up includes: Sparkling water, pads, pens and flip charts. Audio-visual equipment is available. Copy service is also available at a slight additional charge. During break time, the Inn can provide food service ranging from light refreshment to extravagant buffets.

Group dining may be arranged at The Inn or at our elegant and highly acclaimed Flood Tide Restaurant, located on the premises. receptions and cocktail parties may be held on either facility. Groups of up to 200 are accommodated at The Inn, while the Flood Tide handles smaller parties.

Special Arrangements can be made for a wide range of activities in the area for your free-time, spousal and conference guest programs. Spend time at the Mystic Seaport Museum, Mystic Aquarium and enjoy other activities such as sailing, golf, tennis, and, of course, shopping. A successful meeting must walk a fine line between the necessities of business and the luxuries of pleasure. Though we mean serious business, we also offer ways to unwind: outdoor tennis, an outdoor pool, boating or canoeing in our own cove, a hot spa, formal gardens, and walking trails. 

Within walking distance from the Inn is the famous Mystic Seaport Museum, Mystic Marinelife Aquarium, and factory outlet shopping. The Foxwood and Mohegan casinos are located eight miles from the Inn.

Meeting Facilities

Our meeting facilities include a variety of room sizes to accommodate your needs from very small to groups up to 40 persons. Our wedding facilities will accommodate from 100 to 200 according to the time of year and include:

Drawing Room
The Drawing Room (20 x 40) will seat 40 people auditorium style, 30 student style or 30 at conference style. The room is available for full days (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Board Room
The Board Room (18 x 22) will seat up to 10 at the Board Room Table and is available for full days (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Break Rooms
Break Rooms vary in size: all will seat 12-15 comfortably. These rooms are available at no charge during your meeting.
